30′ Zazen
10′ inhin

This zazen meeting is recorded and streamed live on YouTube and is open to everyone to join live or to sit at any time after the event. The monthly zazenkai usually follows a topic selected in advance by our teacher and includes a long format Dharma talk with a brief Q&A at the end, and we include a few moments of stretching the legs.

The Dharma talks given during the monthly zazenkai are also available as a podcast on all streaming platforms
