    Monday thru Friday "Zazen with Onkai/Zazen with Zenkon" - schedule change

    Onkai has asked, and I have agreed to take over her Monday thru Friday sitting session' The session has been renamed "Zazen with Zenkon" and the time changed to 8:00 am CST. The agenda will remain the same:

    1. chant of Verse of the Robe
    2. 30-minute zazen

          Just to say that this session today was my first experience of sitting zazen with others present, online or off. I really appreciated it, and am looking forward to doing so again regularly as I look to develop my practice over the coming months.
