Hoyu offers a "hello" to everyone from Treeleaf Tsukuba ... then we sat a brief 30 minutes of Zazen, and a little Kinhin. Shokai Richard joined us in the middle. Please sit with us if you have a chance.
We will also had a Tea Ceremony conducted by Hoyu Sensei, which you may still join in at any time ...

2) a cup of your favorite tea. Heck, feel free to make it a cup of java if tea isn't your thing!(though I still wish for you at least consider giving tea a try)
Just have them ready and we will instruct you when to eat and drink. Nothing to complicated. Just relax and enjoy
