    Yes, you are right!

    But sitting and then nothing else sounds like a wasted life, being like a bump on a log, even when the sitting is sat as complete, as whole.

    When walking on the path, taking step 1 with the left foot and step 2 with the right foot, the feet are meeting with every step, right? Woven into one fluid motion, into a wholeness of walking, with no thought of separation between left and right foot. Sitting as if life is complete and nothing is lacking. Living as if sitting, life complete and nothing lacking. Body-mind-sitting-living. Living-sitting-body-mind.
