Here's my garden a few months ago. Now these plants are all dead and composting in the dirt, impermanence, the cycle of life.

    Piobair,

Very nice and thank you for sharing.

    P.S.
I liked the quote at the beginning and found it on the internet. For those who would like to have it, here it is.

"Now and again, it is necessary to seclude yourself among deep mountains and hidden valleys to restore your link to the source of life. Breathe in and let yourself soar to the ends of the universe; breathe out and bring the cosmos back inside. Next, breathe up all fecundity and vibrancy of the earth. Finally, blend the breath of heaven and the breath of earth with your own, becoming the Breath of Life itself."

Excerpted by William McLuskie from The Art of Peace a collection of quotes by Morihei Ueshiba translated by John Stevens.

Thank you Treena for the pictures, getting a wee bit cold there in Canada now, ehh? I don't enjoy the cold so much now as I get older but I still love the snow. We had a bit down here in Southern Indiana, about 4 inches, the past couple of days.

Yes, where I live, we are having one of the coldest winters we've had in a long time. Last Friday it was down to -50 C with the wind chill!!!
