    I can really relate to that. My father-in-law used to have one Fusquinha and he was heartbroken when he had to sell it.

    Yes, good thing that most Buddhists (outside China) are not strict vegetarians.

    Tsukuba Chris and I headed to a new German pub here in Tsukuba yesterday for a couple of beers (in moderation, although that German Hefeweizen Hell and Alt combination did almost push the line on that!) and a couple of "something"wurst, whatever the below is (sorry, after the Hefeweizen Hell, the memory was slipping). It was good. Chris and I both biked there, about a 40 minute ride from my house. The ride home was a little harder than the ride to get there.

    Looks like a standard bratwurst....but what's that red stuff? Ketchup? Here in Germany, the "standard" condiment is mustard.

    About beer: whatever you do, avoid the beers with the word "Doppelbock"...these are at a minimum 8% alcohol and will definitely make you drive someone else's Maserati parked next to the bike you originally rode on .
