    SIT-A-LONG with JUNDO: Motion-Still

    .
Just Sitting, Thinking-Not Thinking ... is the silence always heard in noise and silence, the stillness that is both movement and standing still ... the peace encountered even as disturbance ...

    .
    .

    ... ... ... the full, vibrant life ... ... ...

    I see Engyo above ...

Just here. Just now. Just this.
He left this visible world a few years ago. I miss him.

What a powerful illustration of the virtues of this online sangha... the echoes and imprints of all the voices here resonate for everyone to know... the members past, present and future, "just here, just now, just this." Transcending time and space.

This talk really resonates with me. One of the many things that drew me to Zen practise is the hope of finding a little bit of silence in the day but as I've been practising I've observed that there is a silence and stillness even within the noise and activity of everyday life.
