I will say a few words. Being a part of the social networking generation (facebook, myspace, etc...) everyone gets their soapbox, myself included. Often I will see crass, ridiculous, and frankly stupid comments about this that and the other (politics, mainly). And just as often I feel the need to step up on my soap box and "correct" things!
There is no correction needed, really. No post, no comment, no information can make anything anymore than what it is. I try to understand that my view is just that, only my view. My patch of land and my flag are only that, and sometimes silence is the best response to the man on the other side shouting about his "liberty". It is hard sometimes, but really who needs to add more vinegar to an already sour dish? A verse written last night staring at the sky on the beach:
