    I was swimming today. and i noticed something interesting. swimming and any kind of sports could be a mindfulness practice and a bit like meditation.

    each breath, each moment.... all is mindful.

    stroke... breath... stroke... breath...

    Hello Daniel,

    I too agree...

    I wish I knew how to swim. But I do find that jogging, speed-walking, and weight-lifting all have the same effect.
