Free sitting.

I was out all day on Sunday and thought I would sit early evening when I got back. My phone battery had run down so no app so no bells or timer. Panic not really - just sat until it felt like time to end.
I have continued through this week like this – apart from my lead day, and really finding it so different.
I seem to have invented a self-imposed timetable for sitting at certain times for a set time but just letting all that go and sitting for however long just feels much freer. Hay fever is not helping but even that does not feel intrusive gassho sneeze gassho back to sitting.
