Various Talks and Discussions -- Recommended to Newer Folks

    Dear All,

I hope that you have had a chance to go through all of our "A SERIES OF TALKS FOR NEW FOLKS" videos in our Beginner's Place area (LINK). We ask that you do so even if you have been practicing a long time in order to get a taste of the particular style of Shikantaza Zazen emphasized here in our Sangha.

As well, for folks new to Buddhism and Zen Practice, I hope that you have had a chance to review our "Buddha-Basics" series (LINK) and "Bodhisattva-Basics" series (LINK).

After the above, the below are some additional past threads and discussions on matters of Zazen and Zen practice meant to serve as an introductory "curriculum" on our Soto Zen ways here at Treeleaf Sangha. Going through these talks and discussions is meant as a introductory course for you in our approaches to Soto Practice and Shikantaza here. Please feel free to revive any old threads, and to ask any questions or discuss any point.
