Zazen Sitting with Kaiku (Mondays and Tuesdays at 10am mountain time.)

Hello everyone,

This is the place where I'll post about Zazen sittings which I'm currently hosting on
Monday and Tuesday at the following times:

10:00am Mountain Time, 9am Los Angeles Time and 12:00pm New York Time.

Please greet with gassho when entering the room. Please mute your mics before the ringing of the bell. The bell will ring three times. After 30 minutes of zazen is over, the bell will ring once. Then please gassho before exiting the room.

Hello everyone,

I will be hosting todays Zazen session (and possibly tomorrows) off camera.

My son and I have influenza and are very sick but I am still able to host and provide the ringing of the bell. I will also still be sitting Zazen with you all, I may just need to move around a couple times, which is why I will have my camera off but sound will be on.

My apologies for the last minute post my friends but I will not be able to do the Zazen session today. My wife just called and we are having some vehicle troubles it seems. I have to go out and pick her up with the car I have here at the house.
