The other video I mention on Zendo decorum is this one, from our "Always Beginners" video Series:

I also recommend a little Talk on why small rituals and procedures are so cherished in the Zendo:

Oh gosh, and I forgot to say huge congratulations to Leon on Penn state! Nice job! It’s a great school with a pretty campus. Thinking an East Coast retreat will be happening at some point??

The Yat Ah Gow Ah River (close as I could get ) was of value. Thank you.

Congrats to Leon! As Jakuden implied, guess we will be seeing you Sates side.

Ah, thanks to the magic of someone's posting on Youtube, you too can experience a few minutes of walking the Yatagawa in all its majesty and beauty, the flowers and rice fields and, well, the more rusty bridge and highway overpass parts too which have a geometric beauty of their own. You can see the kind of area in Ibaraki Prefecture where we live too.

If the current Chinese characters are correct, the Yatagawa is the "Valley Fields River" : 谷田川. However, some old maps show that that was not the original meaning.

Thank you everyone. I sat with you this morning (Sunday rather than my usual Saturday due to a leaking shower base that demanded attention)

    Congratulations Leon!

    Good to see you Shingen
