Once again, as so often lately, I won't be able to be with to live, but I have the intention to sit on demand later on, today itself!

I will be sitting with you all later. My internet connection today is horrible and I need to phone a friend in hospital at a very specific time.

Thank you all for sharing this practice together. It's been a rough week on my end, and tonight's Zazenkai was the light at the end of the tunnel for me this week. Now, on to the next week/tunnel...

I woke up rather early and so I joined in via last week's zazenkai video for this week's zazenkai, then stopped by to say hi to Onka, Rob, and Chris at the sunflower tea house. Great sitting with you all.

Thank you all for a lovely Zazenkai; thank you Jundo and Washin.

This was the perfect way to wrap up a busy week, and the talk really struck a chord in me.

Sorry to have missed tea, but I was exhausted and had to go.

Well, in Zen and Mahayana teachings, you are a totally Tom who is not black or gay or conservative, the unique one in the whole universe, and you are thoroughly you and should live that fact well.

However (because we never look at things only one way in Zen and Mahayana teachinigs), you are also every other Tom, and everyone and thing by every name and nameless too, so are thoroughly black and gay and conservative too, at least in some way.

Furthermore, there is not Tom at all.

Thank you all for your participation, this was wonderful, and the talk was extremely relevant. It's so easy to get wrapped up in identities and division, and it's good to remember that it's necessary to wash away all, not just the bad.
