I just listened to The Zen of Everything episode about rituals and really liked it; thank you for it!

I also recently read the book "Tiny Habits" in which the author BJ Fogg explains how deliberate habits can be used to introduce positive change in one's life.

I feel like rituals might also serve a similar purpose: after all, they are kind of like habits and they are generally done to reinforce some kind of positive behavior.
