    "As the Buddha designed it, the Sangha's responsibility is to keep their vows, learn and practice the Dharma, and teach and guide the lay people. The lay people in turn, provide the requisites for life..." So are not the lay people the Sangha? Thubten Chodron.

    Hello everyone,

    Please join us for the Sunday Sit on April 5th at 6 am Los Angeles time, 9 am New York time, 4 pm Kiev time.
    The sit will be hosted by Onkai and should last for about 90 minutes.

    We will meet in the Treeleaf Now Scheduled Sitting Room: https://www.treeleaf.org/now/go.php?l=ssr

    The format for the sit will be:

    - Heart Sutra
    - Zazen 30 minutes
    - Kinhin 10 minutes
    - Zazen 30 minutes
    - Verse of Atonement
    - Four Vows

    Please feel free to join for all or just a portion.

    Anyone willing to chant please post on this thread.
