'The ZEN of EVERYTHING! Podcast' ... Episode 5 ....

    My favorite episode yet ...

Episode 5: Shikantaza, Grape Juice, Alzheimer's, Mindfulness, Buddhism as Religion, and a Woman who Feels no Pain

Jundo and Kirk discuss whether shikantaza is meditation, how to get a grape juice stain out of a carpet, how to deal with Alzheimers, how mindfulness is integrating in modern society, whether Buddhism is a religion, and the interesting case of a woman who feels no pain.

    Great episode:

as a Funeral director I learned to use table salt to remove red wine stains from a light colored carpet. I like the Zen way; Accept!! (much less work)

Thank you Jundo and Kirk; keep up the good work

Lovely. I always enjoy your responses. I am very afraid of illnesses like Alzheimer's, so I really appreciated your response to the question about it. Thank you!

    Looking forward to more.
