Thank you, Kakunin. Very lovely.
I think that I will keep this and use it as part of our official Oryoki study materials around here.
I just want to note that, because the teacher in the video is explaining each step, his movements are not quite as smooth and graceful as the flowing ballet of Oryoki when it just unfolds.
Lovely.

Here is an example of the dance by someone who appears to be a solo practitioner at home. Lovely, like Tea Ceremony ... (from about the 2:00 mark)

I am a novice priest-in-training. Anything that I say must not be considered as teaching
and should be taken with a 'grain of salt'.
This style is not at Fushuku-hanbo(Master Dogen's talk)
When I was at Zuio-ji,we use five bows.
Anyway,I will try to share tradition.
This style is just this style.
That is all
Please enjoy.

Being a novice priest doesn't mean my writing about the Dharma is more substantial than yours. Actually, it might well be the other way round.
Thank you for these videos. I recently found some bowls to use for oryoki at a second-hand shop. (For rohatsu retreat I think I used a plate to join in as I only had one or two bowls total at home!) Time to study and practice some more.
