Weakness
Suffering
Pain
Lies from the brain
Coldness
Stiff
Sore
Emotional hurricane
Sleeplessness
Impatient
Bedridden
Tell yourself
Impermanence reigns

Compassion, kindness, truth
Be the guide who guided you
Teach, lead, listen
Show others the wisdom
Forgiveness, patience, hope
Beginner's mind always
Let others go their own way
Stay open-minded too
For your students might begin teaching you
