    I join the chorus of thanks to Jundo and our Unsui for patiently ushering us through this process, as well as congratulations to all those I was fortunate enough to study with and take Jukai. I can’t thank Shingen enough for his sewing help. Shinshi, I too had to change devices at the last minute and barely got in before it started! Happy to be part of this community.

    I managed to make it in the end and was in Room Not-two. I couldn’t hear very well and I have forgotten to put my glasses on show it was all a bit of a blurry.

    You were there! I saw you! Sitting right next to me.

    So, in our Sangha we drop all thought of "now and then, here vs. there" ... like good Buddhists do. What you need to do is watch the Ceremony record from last night, and visualize your presence saying all the vows with all your heart, fully present. If you wish, you can then write me that all is done and the Ceremony accomplished. If that is not enough, we can have a brief Skype where you can affirm to me that all is done and the Ceremony accomplished.

    Will that do the trick?
