REMINDER - Tonglen Practice Circle meeting #3 - TODAY 24/9

The third meeting of the Tonglen Practice Circle will take place tonight (24th September) in the Scheduled Sitting Room at 8pm BST (British Summer Time, UTC+1).

Western Europe - 9pm
EDT - 3pm
CDT - 2pm
MDT - 1pm
PDT - 12pm
AKDT - 11am
Tokyo - 4am (Monday)

Sitting schedule will be as follows:

First bells (3): 10 minutes of Zazen
Second bell (1): 5 minutes of taking and sending for oneself
Third bell (1): 10 minutes of taking and sending for your chosen person, group of people or other sentient being(s)
Fourth bell (1): 5 minutes of taking and sending for all sentient beings
Fifth bell (1): end!


If anyone needs an idea for who to do taking and sending for, the victims of the Mexican earthquake are still very much in need.
