    問答, もんどう, mondō

問 - question - components mouth 口 and gate 門 On'yomi もん/mon (mnemonic - the MONk opens his mouth under the temple gates to ask his master a question)
答 - answer - not quite sure how the radicals for bamboo(竹 (⺮)) and join(合) create the word answer but normally pronounced とう (tou) when joined with もん (mon) it changes to the pronunciation どう(dou).

    This is a rendaku https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rendaku

This is also a not so subtle way to ask for new threads to be started by other Sangha members with questions or members wishing to share some of their Japanese language experiences.

After all 問答 doesn't just mean question and answer, it also means dialogue.
