Feel free to message me if you wish to talk about issues around practicing with physical limitations. This is something I have been sitting with for a fair while and am happy to help with suggestions or just offer a listening ear.

I have been thinking on this talk for days, especially the part when she asks the question, "Why do we put ourselves in these situations that get our nerves up and our hearts racing?"

Finally got to listen to this, it was wonderful! Thanks Kokuu! There are so many metaphors for life in this practice of ours and its forms. It's beautiful music, even the sour notes.
