Thank you all for celebrating this 10 days together.
I really enjoyed, starting my days with feeling our strong sangha.
Thank you Grace and others for organizing this.
Thank you Jundo for Treeleaf and for making day 8 even more special.

    Happy Birthday!

    Happy Anniversary Treeleaf!

This has been a wonderful opportunity for me to re-connect, as shyness often keeps me away.

Thank you to Grace for organising the Zazenathon, to Jundo for starting this amazing Sangha & to everyone for being here.

Sat 8-8:30 CEST, and following, with the Zazenkai recording.

    Quite an event!
I used to be sceptical how it will work out, but Grace and Nindo, you really did a great job, organizing it and keeping people alert and motivated!
On the other hand, it felt so natural, "nothing special" on this special occasion.

Thanks to all who made and are making Treeleaf possible.

    Deep bows,

    Happy Birthday to us all!

Struggled to sit many scheduled slots (life got in the way)
But sat unscheduled to make up.

Thank you Grace and Nindo, for all your hard work and energy; it has been noticed and appreciated.

Thank you to my Sangha and all who sit here.

And thank you Jundo for creating such a place and your wise teachings.

    Wishing you all well,

Sat 40 mins this morning. Happy Birthday, Treeleaf! Thanks to the organizers and all the participants in this Zazenathon.

I've been using Insight Timer for years (long before finding this sangha). And since joining Treeleaf, there is almost always another Treeleafer (and usually several) sitting with me whenever I sit (which is most often early in the morning). Though the Zazenathon Insight Timer Group has been especially nice these ten days, Insight Timer makes sitting and interacting with other members of Treeleaf possible virtually 24/7/365. A wonderful encouragement to practice!

Mustn't forget Jundo, I think he may have something to do with Sangha if I'm not mistaken??
Seriously though, without the foresight of Jundo, we all might not be here. Thank you Sensei

Tomorrow morning will be the last (backup) sit of mine right at the closure.
It's always a bit sad to see events like these pass so fast. Good news is, they
pass only to give way to the new ones.
So, looking forward to the 11th Anniversary Zenathon!
Huge thank you to the organizers and participants, members and friends,
to Jundo and our Unsui. It is an honor to practice with you all.

Endless thanks to Grace and everyone. Bows to those whose names weren’t on the schedule, they were here too. What a fun and special time this turned out to be! How it grew in our hearts. We don’t need the spreadsheet tomorrow. This goes on forever. Lets keep sitting and take this momentum forward to inspire our practice together, and to bring it off the zafu and into the world.

Grace, without whom this week would not have be possible, asked me for some final words to close the last sitting of the last day.

    I refuse.

There is no "final" on this, no beginning nor end. Each sitting is precious and contains all. As Old Dogen might say, each sitting holds all sittings, holds its own dharma position and all of us. No fireworks are need, no closing ceremony, no speeches.

I can only point everyone to what Uchiyama Roshi wrote in our readings this week ...

"Sit silently for ten years, then for ten more years, and then for another ten years."

    Nine Bows to All,

Dear Treeleaf, this has been a wonderful zazenathon. Many thanks to Jundo for the ten years of teachings, hard work and forum moderation! And a big thank you to Grace who has been a marvel in organising this. I am grateful for being part of this sangha and for rediscovering Insight timer again!
