    Which Way Home?

    Hello all

Another in the ever lengthening series of Upaya podcasts Kokuu has listened to and enjoyed. This one is based on Kosho Uchiyama's Seven Points of Practice.

One thing that resonated with me is when Genzan repeats a teaching of Jack Kornfield that people think that spiritual teachings are like a supermarket where we can pick up a tin of mindfulness, a pack of compassion and a wholesome life. In the end we find it is actually somewhere we go to get rid of things.

Feel free to message me if you wish to talk about issues around practicing with physical limitations. This is something I have been sitting with for a fair while and am happy to help with suggestions or just offer a listening ear.
