    Healthy Heart Run/Walk

    Hello all,

Yesterday morning my wife, sons and I volunteered at a Run/Walk for health.

(The two boys "helping" in the second photo are my sons)

I vow to walk daily, as one Member has said, "Nothing like a good healthy walk." So each morning I will walk for health and improve my skeleton, and only as far as I am able.
