    A Buddhist prayer of forgiveness

I found this today, I did not write it, and I do not know who did.

If I have harmed anyone in anyway, either knowingly or unknowingly
Through my own confusions, I ask for their forgiveness.

If anyone has harmed me in anyway, either knowingly or unknowingly
Through their own confusions, I forgive them.

And if there is a situations I am not yet ready to forgive, I forgive myself for that.
For all the ways that I harm myself, negate, doubt, belittle myself, judge or be unkind to myself
Through my own confusions, I forgive myself

I should put this on my wall to remember it always. So that every time I walk past it I will remember to forgive.

    Thanks for sharing this Joyo,

that is some seriously powerful stuff, if it is put into action. Separation = suffering. Forgiveness, acceptance, embracing... these are tools to repair (the illusion of) separation. How amazing it is, that a change in the heart can have such a profound effect. And we can all work on our own hearts. Real forgiveness is world-changing.
