Thank you for sharing your practice, everyone. That was an interesting zazenkai for me. My kids were trampling around the house like elephants, my cat kept meowing at the door, and my dog let me know over and over again how badly he needs a walk So I better go continue my kinhin and take him out for some fresh air.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

Thank you for your patience guys. Friday 13th (even though I ain't superstitious, and anyway, it was Saturday 14th here ) cut off our Ceremony. The netcast begins at the start of first Zazen.

I sat Zazen with my daughter as she ate her breakfast and watched the Disney Channel. This song may be in my head all day ...

Jundo, i can relate. I used to catch myself singing children's tv show songs all the time. One time I was walking down the street and singing to myself and I got the strangest looks.

And Shingen, I forgot to add, you did a wonderful job. Thank you for your service to Treeleaf.
