Transportation Plans for Treeleaf Retreat

Hi Everyone,

I've been working on transportation for persons flying in for the retreat this week and wanted to share the status so that everyone can be in the know.

Thursday, August 7th
Taigu: Flight NH002: Arrives @ 10:40
- Dokan will pick up and drop off at the house before returning to work.
Dainin Joko: Flight Unknown (Possibly UA914): Arrives @ 15:05
- Dokan's friend Jukka will pick up and drop off Dainin Joko & Hans and drop at house
Hans: Flight Unknown (Possibly UA133): Arrives @ Approx 15:00
- Dokan's friend Jukka will pick up and drop off Hans & Dainin Joko and drop at house

Friday, August 8th
Myozan & Taikyo: Flight Aer Lingus 6995: Arrives @ 15:25
- Dokan will pick up along with Shugen
Shugen: Flight UA3363: Arrives @ 16:20
- Dokan will pick up along with Myozan & Taikyo
Daido: Flight AA 76: Arrives @ 17:20
- Dokan's wife, Angie, will pick up Daido on way home from work
Kyonin: Flight AM622: Arrives @ 19:30
- Dokan will pick up

Monday, August 11th
Nengyo: Flight TBD: (May Drive if flight doesn't work out)

Wednesday, August 13th
Jundo & Leon: Dokan to pick up
