    On Taking Refuge

" By taking refuge we make clear the direction we intend to follow. Lovely quote from a great book. Thank you, Shokai.

In all forms of Buddhism I have practiced, I have found taking refuge to be one of the simplest and most moving acts of practice, reminding me of how I want to live.
