"Simple Living" - Chapters 91 and 92

Chapter 91 - Free Yourself From Money - Take the money from one non-necessary purchase this week for something you want and donate it instead online to a reputable public charity of your choice which helps people in need. Be at peace with doing so, and drop the resistance and need for the thing you wanted.

Chapter 92 - Believe In Yourself, Especially When Feeling Anxious - "Play act" being confident about something you must do, but which you feel rather fearful or anxious about. Pretend you are an actor "method acting" who needs to actually feel the confidence inside for playing the role of someone confident. Does it work? Does it help?
