I recently commissioned an ink drawing to be made showing none other than the legendary founder of our Buddhist tradition: Bodhidharma

...i wonder why Bodhidharma is often shown with that aggressive look, as much as I love his writings (or what is credited to him), these pictures not make him look like a free man to me :) Nevertheless, great artwork !

It gives him more humanity than a Daruma doll; perhaps this was one of his better hair days :lol:
