Forum: WEEKLY FRIDAY/SATURDAY ZAZENKAI NETCASTS (and other Sittings too!)

Links to our Friday/Saturday (depending on location) 'LIVE' Zazen sittings will be posted each week in this Forum. We have a 90-minute LIVE, WEEKLY group sitting EACH SATURDAY JAPAN TIME (with a longer 4-hour retreat on the FIRST SATURDAY JAPAN TIME of each month), led by Jundo (Hi!). If not possible for you to join 'live' in your location at the appointed times (see inside), FEAR NOT, as the entire sitting will be recorded in 'REAL TIME' and available for full participation 'ON DEMAND' at any time after that, no different from the 'live' sitting. (the links will be posted here).So, please join us as soon as you can, and we will keep a Zafu open for you... (Also, our priests Shugen, Kyonin and Washin guide sits on other days of the week too!)
