I wanted to express my deep gratitude to all who sat tonight. I had a really bumpy couple of days and came close to not sitting tonight. I came to my zafu, sat, and saw you all here. You all carried me through - thank you and

That was great!

With technical problems but at the same time with no problems (day as everyday in reality, right?) :D

Thank you Jundo and all sitters.

Hey Guys,

We had a glitch the first half (we call them around here "technical non-difficulties" 8) ), but I am so glad you all know that it is part of the Practice ... sitting with what thus comes, as it comes. A wonderful sit.

Now, I am off to the hospital to bring our baby home.

Jundo,

Wonderful news on Sada coming home!

Yugen,

I'm glad you sat with us and took up the lead role in getting us organized! You'd make a very good priest. :)

And my thanks to everyone who sat, is sitting, or will sit...deep bows.

No thing in this universe is ever the same. Same but very different, different and thus precisely the same. Are you the same each time you sit with the sitting? If not, then the sitting is not the same. 8) And that is just the 'same old same old'.

Realize the meaning of such, and there are no "technical difficulties".

I was sold a cool, refreshing Heineken at the start of Zazenkai this week: all those fresh droplets of water on the ice cold bottle; all those beautiful people relieving their thirst; how healthy and athletic those models looked, despite their drinking habit. Samsara IS nirvana after all! :D
