Just finished sitting with you all for the first time. I wasn't sure how I would feel about a "virtual" sitting but its just like sitting with a group in person. I will definitely be joining in again next week.

Hi All,

Well tomorrow's my day off work and I usually sit the Zazenkai early in the morning. However, this week I'm opting to sit this one at a later date and use that reserved time to go through all the videos and written material in preperation for our upcoming Rohatsu.

Gassho,
John
