Please 'sit-a-long' with our weekly FRIDAY/SATURDAY 'LIVE FROM TREELEAF' 90 minute ZAZENKAI, netcast LIVE from 9am Japan time Saturday morning (that is New York 8pm, Los Angeles 5pm (Friday night), London 1am and Paris 2am (early Saturday morning))

OUR 90 MINUTE SITTING SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:

00:00 – 00:15 CEREMONY (HEART SUTRA in English ONLY) and Dedication
00:15 – 00:45 ZAZEN
00:45 – 00:55 KINHIN
00:55 – 01:25 ZAZEN
01:25 – 01:30 FOUR VOWS, & VERSE OF ATONEMENT

As you can see, our Zazenkai consists of chanting the 'Heart Sutra' in English (the words are at the link below), some full floor prostrations in sets of three (please follow along with me ... or a simple Gassho can be substituted if you wish), followed by our Dedication, Zazen twice for 30 minutes each, with 10 minutes of Kinhin in between, and we end the sitting with 'The Verse of Atonement' and 'The Four Vows'.

for the past three weeks I the recorded zazenkai has only been the last twenty minutes! :(
#Is this just a local thing or is anyone else finding it so?

I went back to look and sure enough it was at 1 hour 12, but I then found the rewind button and it will go back to the start. So now I wonder why it starts at twenty minutes from the end and needs windind back to the start. Wird science here. :lol:

Thanks for the tip Onshin. I've noticed Justin TV seems to do a few strange things from time to time. More so with live streaming through their app. Though I haven't had this specific problem, I'm glad you made a note of it here in case it ever does happen!

Me too! It also showed me a commercial and then told me I had to disable my ad blocker to see commercials. I think it was a koan. :roll:
