Please 'sit-a-long' with our weekly FRIDAY/SATURDAY 'LIVE FROM TREELEAF' 90 minute ZAZENKAI, netcast LIVE from 9am Japan time Saturday morning (that is New York 8pm, Los Angeles 5pm (Friday night), London 1am and Paris 2am (early Saturday morning))

OUR 90 MINUTE SITTING SCHEDULE IS AS FOLLOWS:

00:00 – 00:15 CEREMONY (HEART SUTRA in English ONLY) and Dedication
00:15 – 00:45 ZAZEN
00:45 – 00:55 KINHIN
00:55 – 01:25 ZAZEN
01:25 – 01:30 FOUR VOWS, & VERSE OF ATONEMENT

As you can see, our Zazenkai consists of chanting the 'Heart Sutra' in English (the words are at the link below), some full floor prostrations in sets of three (please follow along with me ... or a simple Gassho can be substituted if you wish), followed by our Dedication, Zazen twice for 30 minutes each, with 10 minutes of Kinhin in between, and we end the sitting with 'The Verse of Atonement' and 'The Four Vows'.

Hi Nindo,

Click the "Start a Hangout" button on the right hand column of G+. Once it loads that page, you should see a list of anyone in your Circle who has already started a hangout. You can then join in. Or, if no one has started one yet, you can start one yourself, and they can then join you.

You can also invite people from the Hangout page. Or if someone has invited you, and you try to start your own, it will let you know so you can just join the one already started.

Hi Ray,

First of all, you do not need Google+ to join the Zazenkai, which takes place in a little over 6 hours from now (times are listed for various time zones). Use the link above to join the broadcast at justin.tv at the appropriate time or watch the recorded version at a later time (Jundo will post links).

As for the various sittings people have posted on the schedule, you need to add these folks to your "circles" and the quickest way to do that is to join the "Treeleaf Sangha" profile that most of the Treeleafers on Google+ are connected to. When you are on the main page for Google+ there is a box at the top that says "Search Google+" and in that box type "Treeleaf Sangha".
