Please download and print out the words of the Chants we will recite at the following link:

So, please join us as soon as you can, and we will keep a Zafu open for you.

Remember, when we drop all thought of 'here' 'there' 'now' 'then' ... we are sitting all together!

Like we are reminded from time to time, it is just sitting. Seeing those present though, here and there, now and then...
That's special.

A bigger mokugyo than the little one we have had until now. I found it in a junk store.

I really liked the voice of your "new" mokugyo. It kinda croaks like I do!!!! Glas to see the sitting group in Tsukuba is growing.

I will get a different "drum stick" this week, one with a plushy ball on the end. That will make the right "boom boom". 8)

Like those who posted before, I've been away for awhile. Good to be back in the game. Ustream keeps showing me commercials in Spanish when I load the zazenkai videos; I've missed that, too. :P

Thank you Jundo-oso;
Looking forward to next week; "a plushy ball on the end" should be more in harmony with the sound perceiving organs :)
