Hello,
Has anyone got a link for the following haiku in Japanese script?

If there are mountains, I look at the mountains;
On rainy days I listen to the rain.
Spring, summer, autumn, winter.
Tomorrow too will be good.
Tonight too is good.

~ Taneda Santka

Thanks in advance

Philip

P.S. Preferably as close to the original as possible.

Hello Jundo,
I Go to Ronda this Friday and run Sat morning through to I finish, probably early Sunday. I did a long road ride yesterday, to get the heart going but have reduced longer runs now. I will do one 15 mile run near the end of the week and a short run Thursday.
I have downloaded all of Wills songs, Thanks will, and so will keep the Treeleaf song at hand :D I will also add a timer on there too.

The main things for me are lots of sleep and nice healthy food and lots of sitting (Nothing forced or rushed though) and lots of family time.

I have been trying to include walking meditation with training as well as an awareness if I get too tense, excited, nervous, or panic sets in :) . All I would like to do it finish the race so I'm planing on a fair bit of sort of jogging meditation (if that exists) and just enjoy being there. Moment by moment step by step.
I may pack a camera so will try and post a few photos, the Ronda region is very beautiful.

Philip

P.S. If you have any good links on kinhin please post them. I need all the help I can get :?

My brother is out of action for a while jsut when he has a load of ecvent slined an paid for, his own fault crashed his go faster motorbikle and was lucky to get away with a broken collar bone.

Hello Jundo,

Kinhin is just Zazen with one's legs moving. Running through the mountains is just Zazen/Kinhin with the legs moving a bit faster.

We hope you win the race ... while beyond winning or losing.
