hi

I came across this site http://www.stillpointmeditation.org.uk/ ... Page=Index (http://http://www.stillpointmeditation.org.uk/detail.asp?SectionID=3&Page=Index) originally as it related to a health problem I am recovering from (ME/CFS)

There are also some interesting article here http://www.stillpointmeditation.org.uk/ ... Page=Index (http://http://www.stillpointmeditation.org.uk/detail.asp?SectionID=10&Page=Index) about illness as a teacher which I thought some people may find intersting/useful.

Sorry I don't know how to post the link without the full url

Any thoughts on illness as a teacher :?:

Hi Kev,

I have not had a chance to look at the particular practices discussed on those webpages. However, illness has been a teacher since the Buddha first set out on his search for understanding of suffering ...

It is one of the greatest teachers, and an opportunity for Practice.
