Kokuu, will the next Tonglen practice be next Sunday at 2 USA Central Time? I really need it. Finally these Covid 19 in seclusion away from friends is taking its toll on me! I hurt and need understanding from the entire Sangha. Alone And just the two of us all the time. I miss my friends.
