Special "caring for all" tonglen circle

Dear all

This Sunday, 22 March 2020, I will be hosting a special guided Tonglen Practice Circle for anyone who wishes to do taking and sending practice for themselves and everyone affected by the Cov-2019 pandemic, and the fear that goes with it. Which is pretty much the whole world now.

It is easy to become overwhelmed by huge world events like this and our Zen practice of Shikantaza gives us a place to find some calm in the centre of the storm.

Tonglen and metta practice are another way of doing this, softening our hearts and connecting with suffering and other sentient beings in a structured way.

This event will occur in the Scheduled Sitting Room (SSR) at 8pm UK time (GMT/UST) and last for around 40 minutes (10 minutes of introduction plus around 30 minutes of practice).

Perhaps something with the settings. I could find your livestream on Youtube and followed
it until 10:45pm here. Then when you finished the SSR has re-opened for availability.

Unfortunately, I have *no idea* what happened here. We've not had this happen before. Kokuu, lets you and I do some experimenting and see if we can duplicate and then fix this.

I also went ahead and trimmed the first 5.46 minutes out from the start of Kokuu's video. Remember all that blank time before the actual start of the event.

I think Kokuu and I figured the issue out and chased off the technical gremlins for next time.
