Lovely article Tairin, thank you so much for sharing this. Genjun that Oryoki set looks to be pretty good value, but don't underestimate the idea of putting your own set together ; I personally found that really rewarding as a practice in itself. Know that most of sets sold in the West are not really orthodox Oryoki sets, but are very abbreviated and modified in significant ways. So, really might as well make one's own for home Practice purposes.

Orthodox Soto Set (including large Buddha Bowl without flat bottom, resting on a stand) ...
