The hoyoki pdf that Jundo Roshi uses in his talks has page headings "Enlightenment Unfolds/Emergence of the True Dharma Eye"
are they the name of the book he got it from? If so who is the author/translator, publication date.

There is another Hokyoki translation around, by Prof. James Kodera, that is much harder to find, and frankly a rough translation much harder to read.
