It's been over a year since I've posted here, but I continued to sit with many of you. I battled some health issues and after some very stress filled moments, I'm 100% healthy again (well, my blood pressure isn't great, but I'm taking care of that). Practicing Zazen helped me so much during while battling my health problems and I've been back to work for a few months now.
I just wanted to say hello. Now that I'm feeling great again, I will once again visit and interact with everyone here.
