    Re: Realization?

the reason i asked is because of the use of the word in the genjo koan, contrasted/ compared with delusion, so i guess it is in that context that i asked, what it is..

If you forgot all ideas of realization and simply attended to the only moment that actually 'exists', you'd taste it for yourself. It's only because it's so simple that most people don't know what it is.

    Re: Realization?

i think the problem was i read "realization" independent from enlightenment, thinking they were two seperate things, not realizing he used the words interchangeably.. or maybe i am mistaken that they are the same..

    Re: Realization?

it was a misunderstanding.. when i read "realization" i thought it was something independent or different from "enlightenment" since in genjo koan it appears as "realization".. my bad, i wouldnt have asked if i knew it was the same, but thanks for the replies, it cleared it up..
