As our lil' sangha has continued to meet, we have gotten new folks to our gatherings. A good number do not have the basic 101's on Buddhism or meditation. Up to now, we give a 5-10 min intro to meditation, meditate, and then Q&A. That being said, I am putting together pdf flyers gathered from the internet that give you intro to meditation & Buddhism. These materials can be used by folks to follow up. Since our community is bilingual, I am looking for pdf flyers or if not text in Spanish. I remember I did find once such flyer from a UK based group, but can't find it now. If Trealeaf members can send me links, greatly appreciated.
