Sitting has always been boring at times, but lately I have been feeling it more and more. I sit and doodle and chew on pencils in my mind. I sit with the boredom and I sometimes give into the boredom and stop sitting. Other times I am bored doing dishes or reading a book, so then I sit to alleviate the boredom. Maybe it is because school has been out for several weeks and now my kids are always chanting bored, bored, bored! and this has the subliminal effect of making me bored. I am curious, what do others do when boredom sometimes becomes a almost a physical pain?
