There are a variety on iTunes. Beyond those already mentioned, there's The InterDependence Project Podcast, Audio Dharma, Buddhist Geeks, Dharma Podcast, San Francisco Zen Center Public Lectures, Unfettered Mind, White Cloud Dharma Talks, and Ancient Dragon Zen Gates Dharma talks. I've listened to all of these in varying degrees. My first experience with the Dharma Podcasts was with Gil Fronsdal via Audio Dharma. It offered a good foundation before I found Treeleaf. When I listen to a podcast now, I think it's most often Ethan Nictern's InterDependence Project, where the talks fall under a broad umbrella of contemplative practice, rather than Zen.
