I've modified the Treeleaf gong for my own personal use. I thought I'd share it (with the kind permission of Jundo):
It's as follows:
30 minutes zazen
12 minutes kinhin "no clappers" (2 minutes leeway for standing up, adjust cushion etc.)
another 30 minutes zazen
I've also taken out the flute intro and outro. There is about a minute and a half before the first round.
